COVID Policy

We at Bizy's Intimates takes the COVID 19 pandemic very serious. All of our staff are remote workers. Our manufacturers also have taken strict precautions to assure quality control and safety guidelines are met. This may cause a slight delay in delivery in some cases.

We have created refund and exchange policies that are as follows:

• No refunds on opened items or items that have been worn.
• No refunds on any open package body products that are sold by us.
• No exchanges allowed on any opened items or worn items.
• In the event that edible items are made available for purchase, no exchanges or refunds are allowed period.
• Unopened items may be exchanged within 14 days. 
• Unopened and unworn items can be refunded within 14 days.

Please make sure you select the right size when ordering to minimize the need for returns or exchanges. We will be doing our best to provide real sizing measurements on each item. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
